Reflections provides an initial assessment to determine each client’s unique needs and tailor their treatment accordingly. They welcome a maximum of 6 clients at a time to keep treatment personalized and intensive. Clients receive 6-8 weekly individual sessions with their psychologist, daily group therapy sessions, and frequent psychoeducational sessions throughout residential treatment. In psychoeducational sessions, clients learn anger management techniques, relapse prevention skills, tools from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and skills for relationships and communication.
Reflections’s executive business program incorporates work responsibilities into each client’s treatment plan. As clinically appropriate, they allow ample time for work and access to laptops and phones. Reflections provides individual working spaces and can arrange travel as needed for work.
Reflections’ continuum of care includes medically supervised detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient, and a robust alumni program. They emphasize relapse prevention to provide comprehensive support as clients move through levels of care and back into their daily lives. After treatment, Reflections’ alumni program offers continued connections to staff and other peers in recovery.
Reflections provides a monthly family program for loved ones to learn more about addiction, recovery, and how to heal as a family. Family members can attend additional family therapy sessions throughout treatment. A licensed family therapist works with each client and their loved ones for a comfortable, structured experience.
