Top of the World Ranch – Milan offers a comprehensive treatment program, with extensive amenities and activities on 315 acres of beautiful countryside.
Connect with Top of the World by calling their admissions team directly.
All of the rooms at Top of The World are private ensuite rooms in our new residence building, a short walk from the main lodge. We’ve found it important and helpful for recovery to have some time to oneself to reflect and meditate after a long day of an intense day of interacting with others through our treatment program.
We publish our prices on our website, and if you look around at other centers of our caliber in the U.S., you’ll see that we are often at least half the cost. We have a highly experienced staff and a program we’ve been refining for over 10 years, and are extremely proud of the value that we are able to offer to our clients and their families.
Since 2005, our founder has been running our Canadian facility, and it was there that we developed our holistic, nature-focused program. Embedded in our program are highly impactful outdoor experiential programming, Native-American-led sweat lodge sharing, mindfulness, yoga, Tai Chi and many more extra therapeutic activities, like hiking, canoeing and fishing.
